send out your song(s) to the same list of publishers no matter what.  We will listen to
your demo, and then choose from a list of thousands of publishers/producers/labels
based on your music and your goals.  For example, if you are a writer who is
interested in having other artists record your work, we would mainly focus on
sending to publishers.  And if you are also looking to record your songs yourself, we
would send them to producers and record labels as well.  
The selection is also based on style of music.  All of the people who will be listening
to your music will be actively seeking the specific types of music you write.  This is
very important because it means that they are looking for new material and they have
experience in your chosen genre(s).  And, if you write in multiple styles, or if you can't
quite put a "label" on your music, don't worry.  There are plenty of great publishers
who deal with more than one style.      
 
We will custom design all of the labels and the lyric sheets to fit your music and
songs.  Then, we send everything to you for your approval.  That's right, your songs
won't get sent to anyone unless you like the way they are presented.  Everything gets
run by you first.  I can tell you that we have an awesome creative design team at Song
Warrior Music and they are experts who will be working on just the right designs for
your CD and lyric sheets.  We will be there to advise and make recommendations,
but in the end, it's still your music, and we feel very strongly that you should have the
final say in everything.     
You will also receive the list of publishers/producers/labels we will be sending them
to so you will know exactly where your song(s) are going.  You won't have to worry
about the cover letter because we will write a professional one for you and your
specific goals.  And you will have the final approval of that too.  
Here's the best part!  We take care of all the CD duplication, labels, cover letter, lyric
sheets, shipping charges, and the return shipping charges for their replies at
absolutely no extra cost to you.  Plus, we will also make the necessary follow up
phone calls on your behalf to make sure that your songs are being listened to.  And,
it doesn't end there!       
Song Warrior Music is serious about working hard to give you and your song(s) the
best chance at getting heard and signed.  After sending your song(s) out to the
targeted list of publishers/producers/labels, we will also help you with any of the

Many of the mailing companies I mentioned earlier charge by the hour.  This is not

Here's all the details:  First, when you sign up for the Ultimate Promotion Package
(by using the easy ordering instructions below), we will send you an email with how
to send us your song(s).  Depending on what is easier for you, you can either send it
by mail or through a file in an email.  Then, after listening to your music, I will set up a
consultation with you, by phone or email, to talk about your goals and what you want
to accomplish, and I will tell you who I think the best people to send to are.
Publishers are used to receiving hundreds of songs a week.  We will put together a
package that uses all the tricks I have learned to make your song(s) stand out.  
Presentation is so important, and it's crucial that when they listen to your music for
